1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged:

  • Gift cards or vouchers

  • Customised or special-order products

 

3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the actual cost of shipping may be deducted from your refund.

 

4. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us before returning it.

 

5. Faulty or Damaged Goods

  • If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • We may request photos of the product and packaging to assist with resolving the issue.

  • A replacement, store credit, or refund will be arranged promptly.

 

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
