We currently ship Australia-wide only using Australia Post. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

  • Express Shipping – A faster option via Australia Post Express, ideal for urgent orders.

Processing & Dispatch Times

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment being confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

 

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and depend on the delivery option chosen, package weight, and destination. All costs are displayed before you complete your purchase.

Tracking Your Order

All parcels include a tracking number. Once dispatched, you will be able to track your order directly through the Australia Post tracking system.


Delivery Issues & Delays

While we work closely with Australia Post to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier networks, weather conditions, or circumstances outside our control. If you experience delivery issues, please contact Australia Post directly with your tracking number, or reach out to our team for assistance.


Incorrect Address or Non-Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping details are correct at the time of purchase. Orders returned to us due to incorrect addresses or failure to collect from an Australia Post outlet may incur re-shipping fees.

 

Lost or Damaged Parcels

In the unlikely event that your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can work with Australia Post to resolve the issue.
